CLIENT ACCESS

Process

A 5 Step Process

  1. Discovery
Introduction to Aubry & Eustice and the client’s situation

  2. Profile
Gather client data, including goals; analyze and evaluate the client’s current situation in relationship to the client’s goals; make client aware of their (client’s) own particular situation

  3. Strategy
Develop and present recommendations and/or alternatives to the client

  4. Implementation
Implement and monitor the progress of the plan

  5. Review
The need for continuous advice, support and monitoring of the progress of the plan

All of the aforementioned topics take into account the client’s goals, desires, wants, hopes, dreams, fears and resources.

The cohesiveness of the client’s plan- making sure that all aspects of the plan are working in accordance with one another – is the single most important factor in the planning process. Each individual situation and plan is different. Each plan and process is client-specific; tailored to your values, temperament and risk tolerance. While it takes time to develop a plan, it is the objective of Aubry & Eustice to move efficiently and effectively in order for the client to implement your plan as soon as possible.

Upon completion of the Strategy stage, the client(s) will receive an analysis of their current situation and recommendations of how they should proceed.
