Director of Tax Planning & Advice

David Mills is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in tax planning and advice for busiensses and indiduals.  David’s approach is to understand the client’s business and personal financial goals and provide a plan to achieve these objectives.

Since the age of 18, David has operated and owned businesses, including startups, franchise developments, large corporate environments and as a Chief Financial Officer.  Because of his diverse background, David is not your tyical “numbers guy”.  His strong operational experience gives him the ability to “breathe life” into your financial statements.  His CPA practice serves a wide variety of industries with offices in Peoria and Morton, Illinois.

David teaches continuing education classes at Illinois Central College and speaks to various business groups throughout central Illinois.

David and his wife, Mary, a teacher, have three children.  The Mills family resides in Morton, Illinois.
