Our Compensation
Three Ways We're Compensated
-
A Planning Fee
We charge a fee for the design of a thorough plan for our
clients, their businesses and, most importantly, their families.
The cost of the plan will be determined and communicated once we
have had a chance to look over the complexity of the situation.
The fee covers plan design and twelve months of follow-up
service, including all meetings and phone calls necessary
throughout the year. Most of our clients choose to renew a
contract with us annually in order to retain our services.
-
Service Implementation
The second way that we are paid is through product or service
implementation. It is important to know that we are not
salespeople; we are advisors looking for solutions for our
clients’ needs. If, however, in the course of preparing a plan
we identify needs that indicate product or service
implementation, we will act as the “personal shopper” in the
open marketplace to secure products or services appropriate for
the situation. In this event, we will be paid a fee or a
commission for the implementation of a solution identified in
the plan. We will always advise our clients of any additional
costs or expenses they may incur.
-
Client Satisfaction &
Introductions
The final way in which we are compensated is the most important
form of our compensation. Our success is measured by our
clients’ satisfaction and their resulting commitment to provide
introductions to people that may need our services. If you are
pleased with the advice and service you receive from Aubry & Eustice, we will ask you to help in introducing us to
other people who may benefit from the type of work we do. We
rely on the active goodwill of our clients to introduce us to
people who will value and appreciate the type of service we
provide.
